Looking at the hours, is the club open for drinks between the scheduled "meal times"? Can you go in there anytime during the day for a beverage between 7am-9:30pm or just during continental breakfast hours, afternoon recharge, evening reception, dessert hours?

Yes, the Club Lounges are open all day the hours state.

You can get soft drinks, tea, coffee and water all day in all the lounges.
