Universal free ticket contest--got my ticket!

I entered the Superbowl contest and won a voucher for a free ticket. Then I entered another contest for a tv station and won another ticket. I assumed it would be another voucher, but it came in the mail today and it was a REAL ticket! I am excited, because now I can use the one that I have to turn the voucher in for, and my son can use this one.

For anyone waiting for their ticket from their local affiliate, it came in a business sized envelope that is white with one side outlined in green. It says Universal Studios Vacations in the return address spot. There was a Congratulations letter and the ticket inside.

When did your tv contest end? Mine ended on Feb. 9th and it said it would be here in 8-10 weeks and it's now 11 weeks. I've e-mailed ePrize 2 times and they haven't responded.

Great! I won one of those tickets from our NBC affiliate as well (of course, a day or two after I bought the rest of the tickets we needed ) I'm not quite sure what I am going to do with this one when I get it.

I just received one in the mail today, too. I had entered my husband, because I won the Superbowl ticket. I didn't know I could "win" both. I never received an email confirmation for the NBC ticket, so I thought he hadn't won. Now we both have tickets, but still have 5 kids to buy tix for. Hmmm...maybe a childless trip is in order ...(I wish!)

You can save the one you bought for a future trip cause they never expire until you use them cause I won a superbowl ticket and also bought a ticket so the one I bought I will save until our next vacation

When did your tv contest end? Mine ended on Feb. 9th and it said it would be here in 8-10 weeks and it's now 11 weeks. I've e-mailed ePrize 2 times and they haven't responded.

Mine ended March 22, so I wasn't expecting anything until May at least. I would definitely call and see what's up.

I've e-mailed ePrize several times with no answer, of course, no surprise there. Anyone have a phone # to call ePrize?
It said 8-10 weeks after the end of the promotion but it's been like 12 weeks. Someone else who entered another NBC contest which ended in March already received their ticket. Mine ended Feb. 9th.

I entered our Philly NBC contest and got the winning email - no ticket yet though. I know my superbowl voucher came a few days later than the others as well. Keeping my fingers crossed that it comes soon!!

DH won 2 tickets, so I am assuming that he won both contests. We did not recieve an email stating that he won either contest. We got both vouchers in the mail on the same day, along with one for me that I didn't know I was getting. We got them mid-March. We each used one on our trip April 15. It was easy to exchange the voucher for a tix, no problems at all. We are in South Jersey.

I won the NBC contest thru the Pittsburgh affiliate station and received my ticket last Friday. I know I signed up for the contest after someone psoted about the Philly contest. A received an actual ticket not just a vocuher like I did for the Superbowl contest.

I did a similar contest with the NBC Affiliate in the Dallas area. Got my ticket last week and the contest ended March 1st. I was plesantly surprised that it was an actual tickets vs a voucher. Going in June.

Maybe you should call and see what happened? Do you still have the confirmation email?

Call and they will be able to look it up and give you a confirmation number for when you get to the parks.

If they don't have the confirmation number then they will probably ask you to bring the email confirmation letter to the park on your visit.

there are two different contests people. The op stated that she won the Superbowl one where the voucher was sent to the winners. We are now trying to track the NBC affiliate winners. Different contest, different reward (in that it is a physical ticket), different expiration.

there is nowhere to call as this was run by local NBC affiliates and not Universal directly. I have emailed them a few times about my NBC ticket with no answer yet.

Sorry - just a bit tired of the confusion and a little impatient waiting for my ticket in the Philly area.

YES, two different contests!
I would call ePrize. I'm waiting for the Philadelphia Affiliate ticket too. I e-mailed ePrize FOUR times from THEIR link in the Congrats e-mail I received on Feb. 9th and never heard back. So, I looked up ePrizes # 1-877-837-7493 and it states to leave your name, phone number, e-mail address and contest you are calling about and they will respond by e-mail. So, I did it thinking they will NEVER respond since they didn't respond to my e-mails. And lo and behold, they e-mailed back within a few days. I know it was the call they were responding to rather than my FOUR e-mails dur to what I said in the phone call. They responded back that they are not sending any out more Superbowl vouchers and if you won, then bring ID to the ticket window and if you moved, bring proof like an electric bill, etc. So, I responded back that I was asking about the NBC Philadelphia Affiliate NOT the Superbowl Promo and they responded back within a day or two that those tickets will be going out in 2-3 weeks and we will receive them in 6-8 weeks. So, I repsonded back asking why it was taking so long since in my congrats letter, it said that we will receive the tickets in 8-10 weeks at the end of the promo which was Feb. 8th and it's been 12 weeks. I also stated that some people from the Dallas and Pittsburgh affiliates already received their tickets and their contest ended in March. I'm waiting to hear back but since it's the weekend and I sent it yesterday, I will probably hear something on Monday.

Actually, the NBC affiliate contest was run by Eprize. There is an email address for them on the email confirmation of winning. There is NOT a confirmation number like on the SUperbowl contest email. I did find a phone number for Eprize here http://www.eprize.com/privacy/privacypolicy.html THe phone number is 1-877-837-7493
