Universal Fan Club

Hi! I read in another thread that there is someone on this board that can possibly get fan club cards (?) Does anyone have any info on how to get in touch with them? I tried to do a search but it said that the search engine was disabled. Also, how do you go about getting a fan club rate? Is there a special number to call? Thanks!
