Universal Disability Access early??

My question is can I get the disability pass the day before we go to Epic Universe or Universal? I have IBCCES and I am confident my daughter will be approved. I am trying to figure out if I can skip going straight to Guest Services when we first get there. Can we go the day before?

In the past we have gotten ours at the Guest Relations OUTSIDE the gates at Universal Studios. I think both UO and IOA have one outside. At EPIC I'm not sure, since we were pre-approved they instructed us to just go to one of the "Concierge" desks in the park that are at the entry to the lands.

With the new process we were IBCCES approved and then Universal called us before our trip to do the approval on their end. This meant all we needed on arrival to the park was a Case #, we walked up to the desk, they saw the info in the computer and filled out the card. If you do in advance it saves a lot of time and you know for sure you have it. When at EPIC they told us that only guests not preapproved were to go to Guest Services to, in their words, "plead their case" and there was a line out the door. I'm glad we did the process in advance with Universal.
