Universal Customer Service

We're locals and are just starting to think about landscaping our yard. I always spot plants in theme parks that I like, and there are specific plants in the FJ line that I want to plant in our backyard. I thought I'd email Universal and see if they could tell me what kind of plant it was, though I didn't have high hopes that someone would actually email me back with the right plant info. I was seriously shocked when someone from Universal called me back less than 24 hours later to talk about all of the plants with me. She was very helpful! I thought that was amazing customer service and just wanted to share. Now I think I will try the same question with Disney and see how long it takes them to respond!
