Universal Customer Service - Pretty Good!

I sent Universal an email a couple of weeks ago about a problem we had with our belongings being stuck in the Mummy Lockers for 45 minutes (during Fay!). Just got a call to apologise for that and they offered me an Express Pass for my next one-day visit :) I think that's pretty fair, but well done Universal!
 
Good on Universal.

We were there during Fay - stayed at Portofino and had three days in both Universal parks - and they seemed to be having problems with the lockers, especially Mummy and MIB. Ours wouldn't open twice at MIB, but they had a CM floating around helping people. One of the main problems was the amount of lockers - practically whole sides - that weren't open so there were big queues, wet gear . . bit like me at Waitrose, today;)
