UNIVERSAL CREDIT CARD

Does anyone have a Universal credit card that you convert points to tickets? Obstinate sister claiming she HAS to go to Universal, she does not have choice of Islands of Adventure. I can't beleive that you wouldn't be able to choose either park when using point earned. Can somebody clarify?

I remember about a year ago, they had a table for credit card applications and you got a free shirt for filling one out. I never approached it, but I think I should have at least got some info.
