Universal corporate events

DH is going to an after park hours corporate event at the WWOHP. I was wondering if anyone knows what this may involve? Will the rides/shops be open? I say he should wait for the surprise but he is keen to find out what it might be like.

I went to one of these in November and it was amazing! Soooo nice having the park to yourselves!

I think it all depends on what the corporation has arranged with the park. We had all of Islands of Adventure open. The only section not running was Dr Seuss. Many of the restaurants were not open either.

Seeing WWOHP empty, at night, was nothing short of spectacular!! Oh and yes, all of it was open, Forbidden Journey, butter beers and all

If the event is just for HP, the rest of the park will be closed. All of HP was open during the DIS Unplugged event but that was the only section open.

I was working at universal in 2010 and had the opportunity to work an event night. It depends on what the Corp has worked out with universal. I worked in sahara traders which is the gift shop that mummy dumps you into. I kno they had the mummy and twister open. And I think mib was also open. The rest of the park was closed. They had food and beverage outside on the street. Those folks all seemed like they were having a good time.
