Universal (Chase) Mastercard

I got a letter last week and Chase will no longer be doing the Universal points program. You have a few weeks to use your points towards Universal tickets or they will transfer those points over to their regular points program.

i'm looking at my letter now.

june 29 is the date you have to redeem your points throuugh the universal entertainment rewards program.

after that, any existing point balance will be automatically transferred to the chase flexible rewards card on a one for one basis.


this totally ticks me off as i am only 5000 points from the free weekend stay on site at hrh...........



so now i have to use up over 75,000 points................oh snap

Hey Mac! Good news!!!! Save your points, the flexible rewards program is a better program! With the flexible rewards, its only 10,000 points for a $100 check! SOOOO much better than the universal rewards! And I KNOW you can get a better rate than $750 for the weekend! LOL.

i started to think gee, maybe i should redeem and get 500 dvd's before june 29...............

i'll let them ride over then to the flex reward program.
