Universal character breakfast characters

What characters are currently at the resort character breakfast? Are there different characters at the park breakfast? We're hoping to get a picture with a minion. Also, how do they handle dietary needs? (There will be at least one vegetarian in our party)

I don't know about the character breakfasts, but I do know you can get a picture with a Minion when you exit the ride...or at the rear of the gift shop where the dance party is.

Thanks! We always try to do character meals at Disney to avoid waiting in line for characters during park time. Does anyone know if there are different characters at the breakfasts in the park and at the hotel?
