Universal Building?

Am I the only one that remembers this building having the universal logo on top? Or am I just crazy? Was this owned by universal then sold or is there a similar building

It's the Four Points Sheraton. Never owned by Universal that I know of.

I just did a quick search, and the oldest pics I could find and all I could find were the globe with Sheraton on it instead of Four Points. I mean the globe is very reminiscent of the original globe Universal had when it first opened, and was/is called Sheraton Studio City and had a lot of movie making themeing (see photo). It was probably intended due to it's location.
