Universal brings back the indoor mask policy

We weren't planning our trip back at the beginning of the pandemic - could someone tell me, did Universal ever require masks outdoors?

Yep - we did 2 trips with masks required indoors AND out, one in Aug 2020 & the other in early May 2021 - the very next week after our May trip, Universal dropped the mask mandate - & that was it until last Friday when they reinstated indoors only.

We visited in July 2020 when masks were required everywhere, including outdoors. It was rare to see people not complying.
