Universal AND IOA or just IOA?!!

Hello everyone!

I just need some push in the direction I'm already leaning. I've been to Universal and I've been to IOA. I loved them both, but loved IOA more. I'll be in DW from the 20th-28th of May and I'm dedicating 2 days to Universal. My DH has been to Universal but never IOA. The only thing he didn't get to do at Universal was Back to the Future and MIB! (MIB wasn't there in 98 and I had just eaten and REFUSED to do BTTF! )
I want to buy the 2 day hopper passes because that will allow you into CityWalk without a cover charge after the parks close, BUT I don't want to spend whatever I spend on 2 day passes just to ride 2 rides at Universal. Should I still get the passes and spend both days in IOA!!?? Aren't these passes like DW's in which unused days don't expire? I know that we can do IOA in one day, but just in case we don't we have that extra day if we need it.
I would love to hear any suggestions that anyone has!! PLEASE....I'm leaning towards just going to IOA with the 2 day hopper, but I want to hear what all of you think about it.
Sorry this is so long, and TIA! :D

here is what I know. The 2 day passes are like WDW the unused days do not expire. Just a thought on your dilema... are you aware that onsite guests get front of the line priviledges at both USF and IOA. You could knock off alot of USF in half a day and REALLY enjoy IOA to the fullest. It's one reason why we are staying onsite, beside all the great things I have read here. I initially was planning on one day at IOA on one day buming at Portofino. Then after reading this board and Kelly M's book we are now two days onsite and both parks.

I'm already staying on resort at Disney and I'm not willing to give that up! :D  What I'm thinking is, if we cover IOA in a day then I can take my other day and use some options on our Discovery Magic Package. So many wonderful items to chose from! Cirque is a DEFINITE and if I don't go to Universal one day, I can dedicate the evening to Cirque and have dinner at DD!
Thanks for replying! Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :D

I think getting a 2 day ticket is an excellent idea. That way you could park hop and ride MIB and BTTF and still go to IOA!
Have fun!
