Universal and IOA Menus

Hi everyone,
I'm sitting down to do my food budget for the big trip (less than 3 mos to go!!!!!!) Does anyone know where I can find menus for US and IOA with prices? I'd like to find good (on the cheaper side) lunch places or if I should bring along plenty of pb&j. Should we make advance ressies like WDW?

Doing the cooler thing always helps to save money. So does ordering pizza in from Flippers. I'd call eating onsite a "splurge." You pay more money, but it can be fun if the experience is good.
