Universal and IOA for 4 and 7 year old

Does anyone have any advice or if its worth while. What there is to do for them, etc...

We are taking our kids to WDW next November. We are staying off-site and are doing a day at SeaWorld. I am interested in a day or two at Universal and IOA, but not sure it'll have enough for them to do. Suggestions?

I can not tell you how much time we spent in Suess land at IOA. My daughter (4 first time/5 now) loved this area. This november we finally got her to try MIB and Jaws, she loved them. Very sad Jaws is gone. There is plenty to do. AS much as people dismiss the Universal park, we spent most of our time there this past trip. We enjoy both parks and are planning to go back again in November, our favorite time now.

My kids are about the same ages, My DS will be 4 when we go on our trip and DD will be 7 in May.

I've been researching everything and we're skipping Universal, too many rides they aren't big enough for.

We are going to IOA. Seuss landing sounds awesome, my DS is really getting into Superheros, so we're going to do that at IOA as well.
