Universal all you can eat...

I wonder how good the food is there...is it worth it? It's pretty expensive, $19.95, and doesn't even include the drinks...

It was worth it because paying OOP would have cost us more as food is typical theme park absurdly high.

Food is good with a wide variety. Theres even a Panda Express on the lower lot.

If its a hot day and you'll be drinking alot then the refillable mugs are worth it. Water is always free.

Each meal we got included an appetizer such as a salad, entree and dessert. You can go back through as many times as you want and you don't have to get all 3 items if you don't want all each time.

I considered it when we had a year pass 2 years ago - it was only good at specific places, and I noticed the lines at those where WAY longer than at the other eateries. Also - it's a short walk outside of the park down Citywalk to get cheaper, non-themepark food - there's a Tommy's burger, a Jody Moroni's, and a bunch of other fast food places - sit down places as well.
There is a panda express inside the park where you could get a multi-item plate and add on some inexpensive extras like egg rolls or wontons and get enough for 2 to share at a decent price.
The all you can drink deal was worth getting for us though.
