Universal 360–A Cinesphere Spectacular

Universal Studios has confirmed that “Universal 360–A Cinesphere Spectacular” will be returning to the theme park again this year. Through special “Cinesphere” technology guests experience the sights and sounds of some of Hollywood’s biggest films projected onto huge spheres in the Universal Lagoon. The show also features one of the largest laser displays in Florida as well as a very impressive fireworks display. The show will run from July 4th until August 15th.

This is something I have yet to see and would really like to. It certainly answers a question I have had though - that being 'what are those big white balls in the middle of the water at US'

We saw it last year Kenny. Stayed in the park a lot longer than we normally do, we usually leave late afternoon but decided to stay for the show, wished we hadn't but I don't watch many films, hardly knew any of the clips, fireworks were not a patch on Disney.
If you are there then its worth watching once but I wouldn't hang around long for it or make a special trip like we do for Disney firworks.

we stay onsite at Universal, saw these the first year, but wouldnt go to the park just to see them, we usually would jump on a few rides before closing as most sre gathered to watch the Cinesphere

We were already in the park so waited to watch this. We did enjoy it but as Wayne says it's not a patch on anything Disney does. I wouldn't recommend going in especially to see it but if you're already there............
