Hi
I need you Disers to work your magic and tell me best site to book one night at Universal I've looked and up to now the pacific is coming out cheapest. As DD 1 is HP mad ( she's 22 ) and you get 1 hr ee to HP plus multiple FOL so we could do two parks in one day I think it's worth the splurge. All help appreciated we have got the extra due to you advising me on accessing the QSDP post booking with first choice

Let us know date, price & where you have seen cheapest and I will look for a better price.

Hi Wayne

We are a group of three myself,DD 1 22 and DD2 17 we are looking to stay 5th Sept 11 in order to visit the park on the Tuesday 6th
I have seen a rate of 151 on expedia and official universal 219 which vie worked out it exchange rate is 1.6 136 1.5 146 does this include taxes etc

Incl tax it works out at $246.38 which is just about same as Expedia.

Only ways I see cheaper are Annual pass rate at $156.38 incl tax (approx £97)

Or
Cashback on Expedia via Quidco 12%
Cashback on Hotels.com via Topcashback 9.09%
Hotels.com is same company as Expedia so go for best cashback rate.

Most people like to book direct so if the rate changes you can apply the lower rate with no penalty, agents like Expedia you need to read their policy.

Not sure what you mean by the above :confused3

If you book direct with Universal today and the price drops in a few days you can ring up and they will change your reservation to the new lower rate.

If you book with an agent they can charge fees to lower a rate or cancel a booking, although I just checked and looks like you could alter with either Expedia or Hotels.com with no fees upto 5 days before your arrival.

Difference on this booking would be Universal direct would just apply lower rate to your booking, Expedia or Hotels.com would probably have to cancel, credit you credit card then re-book at lower rate.

Are you restricted to just one day at Universal as one night in the room will get you 2 days front of line access (or it did in 2009 when we did just this.)

Yeah I would say make it a two day visit and take time out to enjoy hotel as well.
