Universal - 1 day tickets??

Is there any such thing as a 1 day ticket to both universal parks?

As we went in May we are only planning on spending 1 day at Universal - but i want to visit both parks. I would rather book the tickets now, as we queued for well over an hour just to buy tickets in Orlando!

Last time I checked, you couldn't get a 1 day hopper for USF / IOA. 1 day tickets were for one park only.

Unless things have changed recently, if you want to visit both parks on one day, you'll need a 2 day (or more) ticket.

you can buy a one day two parks pass at the gate only - don't know how much it will cost now with price increase- used to be $75!

Apparently you can get them at the gate - or you can buy a one park ticket and then upgrade when required for approx $10 which is supposed to be cheaper

I knew you could buy them at the gate - in May they were about $75 - it just took me an hour to queue up to get them and get in the park.

Looks like i'll have to pay for a 2 day one instead.

Buy a one day ticket then upgrade later in the day when you want to switch parks. i would imagine that customer services would be quieter then?

.you have to buy a minimum 2 day pass to both parks.
Gives you 2 days + 3 extra days free.

Cost is $99.95 + tax for adults....or £60 at TCD.

can't see any scope...even on IOA's site...for a 1 day ticket.

Seems to me that Universal appear to be hiking their costs considerably with less options??? Shame...my two teens love IOA/ Universal......we're there in Jan/Feb 2007......
