Unit for 6 in Epcot Area 3/4 - 3/11 2006???

We're WDW Veterans but new to this. We'd like a unit at Boardwalk or any Epcot Cluster hotel for March 3 (Sat) through the following Sat. and I've got some questions.
First, rentals go from Sat to Sat, right?
Is BoardWalk the only resort there with DVC units?
How hard would it be to book this week, how soon should we commit?
How much, in dollars/points should we expect to pay?
What do I need to do to make this happen?

Sorry for all the questions and thanks for any advice offered.
