I'm not a big breakfast fan, but my BFF that I'm going with is and wants to have a sit down breakfast on our last day.

We don't have big needs for characters, but not completely against them.

My question is, are there any unique breakfast options, something other than just the same old bacon eggs, mickey waffles etc. Or some really cool experience or something?

Not sure what I want exactly lol, just different? Seems like mostly the breakfast options all look the same!

Boma for one....tons of pics in my Aug link.

The Wave menu sounds very different

We're going to WCC one morning, never been so I don't know how it will be but they have a selection of choices and... Bloody Mary's and Mimosa's!

It's my understanding that it is much tamer in the morning but still may encounter a few antics...:)

I vote Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe. Your lives will never be the same!

OMG! Tonga Tost @ Kona Cafe :thumbsup2 It's sooooooooo Good!

This past January my friends and I did breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table, and it was wonderful! So much fun and definitely very yummy and unique.

The b-fast menu at Tusker House looks wonderful and different - we are hoping to check it out this trip!

Boatrights at POR is excellent, but not too unique except for some Southern Cooking recipes.

Ohana's is pretty unique for a character breakfast.

We always enjoyed the Garden at the Swan. They had some Japanese breakfast specialties last time we were there.

Breakfast at Boma is the one thing that never changes when we make our ADR's each year. The atmosphere and food are incredible.

Boma is the best breakfast place I've ever been in my life. It is a must for every trip.

Boatwright's has some pretty good sweet potato pancakes. Cape May's Character Breakfast has delicious, and I'm sure fattening, bread pudding. However, uniqueness can be found at the Whispering Canyon Cafe. The food's okay, but the selling point is that the serving staff will keep you very busy.

I see let's of suggestions for Boma. Boma is one of my favorite dinner restaurants, and I have a ressie for it whilst I'm there, but I looked at their breakfast menu, and it seems sort of. . . bland. . . am I missing something?

And can someone explain to me the WCC themeing/appeal?

Thanks for all the help!

We did Boma breakfast for the first time two weeks ago. OMG - it was so good. They have a huge variety of breakfast foods and everything was great. I loved their curry sausage and biscuits. They had the biggest assortment of fresh fruit I had seen all week. Of course, I was in heaven when I found the chocolate chip crossiants. This will be a keeper for us.

Boma is really good and the Tonga is toast at Kona is pretty unique, but you might also consider the breakfast "lasagna" at the Crystal Palace in MK. It has layers and waffles with fresh fruit pastry cream and custard. My family like it so much that I had to get the recipe and try it at home. It's really rich and luscious - definitely something different if you like sweet stuff. The breakfast here is really good.

If you're in the mood for something savory, try the crab cakes Benedict at Captain's Grille in the Yacht Club.

For another interpretation of traditional eggs benedict, the Grand Floridian Cafe has lobster eggs benedict.

Another possibility is to ask to speak to the chef. If the restaurant isn't busy, the chef may be able to accomodate a special order of a sandwich or something.

Fresh at the Dolphin.
Boma at AKL.

My vote goes to Boma or Ohana. Both have yummy food and great service.
