Uni Annual Pass Pick Up

Hello everyone
We've just bought universal annual passes. The only option we had was to collect. Does anyone know if we can collect at our hotel which is the Hard Rock or do we have to go to the gate.....

We have always collected at the gate. We go one night after 6pm so parking is only $5 (you have to pay parking on your first visit. Sometimes the parking is free late on xx

I have had luck collecting annual passes at the hotels, but it's really hit or miss. I've never tried Hard Rock before, but I've got them from Royal Pacific and Portifino before. I did get the impression that they can't always guarantee it as they have to have the plastic cards available in the right color.
