Unhelpful CMs at WDTC!

Just got off the phone with the most unhelp CM I have ever had the unpleasure of speaking to! Everytime I ring WDTC they are just wonderful, couldn't do more for you but no not this girl. Her phone manner was awful. The whole phonecall was a battle to amend a booking she said I couldn't amend and it was just going round in circles because I couldn't confirm the card details I used to pay the booking on because it's not a card I have any more! If my card is gone, replaced with a new card with a different number and the old card is cut up there's not much I can do grrr! Ended up phoning back and speaking to someone else who sorted it all out for me.

I don't often have any moaning to do about Disney full stop but that's really irritated me this morning!
 
I'm sorry this happened but good you got it sorted out now! :thumbsup2 Sometimes the only thing to do is pretend your satisfied, hang up and call again. I need to pay my balance now and because I need to break it up and use two cards I'm afraid I'll have to call so it's good to hear they are usually lovely. :thumbsup2
 
Sorry you had a rough time with WDTC but got it all sorted. Normally, whenever I call them I always get Chardonnay - don't think anyone else works there! The one time I got someone else, they where so unhelpful, I hung up and re-called and got the most helpful Chardonnay again. Problem resolved! Good luck with split payment, I did it 2 years ago with no problems all in the same phone call. :)
 
I think this lady said her name was Rowena, only person on the line I've ever spoken to who had an English accent and who was evidently having an off day. She actually went as far as saying she couldn't do anything, I said I'd just try again later and she said 'well I will put a note on your account saying we must follow these policies' erm I don't have the card any more, if I did I'd be more than happy to tell you the last 4 digits. If they've sent me a new card between paying and amending what can I do! The next lady I spoke to was only to happy to assist and much politer, gave me all the instructions I needed.

When I've spent an awful lot of money visiting WDW over the past 7 years I expect to get someone on the phone who is at least pleasant even if nothing more. Anyway won't get too het up about it any longer!

Hope you manage to sort your payments Kristina, whenever I've called prior to today they've been really great over the phone, so this morning was a bit of a surprise. You know the trick anyway, pretend your line died and redial!
 

NatalieMT - you got the same useless CM I got Rowena, I had removed her name from my memory. Trust me, she wasn't having an off day! Phoned to upgrade my room at POFQ from standard to water view, and she kept repeating that not only was POFQ fully booked so was POR.... now this was in April for November 2015.... yeah... got told "to phone back later there maybe availability" this was despite saying but there is all showing as available online. She just kept saying "can't do anything, but I've made a note to show that you called". Strangely enough called back 2 mins later, got her - hung up. Called back again got Chardonnay the staple CM.... who strangely enough there was plenty of availability and it was all done!

The woman is a mess, and perhaps needs to think a bit more about the Disney service line! Likewise, I've spent far too much money over the past 5 years with WTC, you'd expect them to behave and give decent service. By the sounds of it, I'm going to potentially have fun, as my cards expire Feb next year... :)

I'm glad it wasn't just me then! I was really surprised by her attitude!
