Just got off the phone with the most unhelp CM I have ever had the unpleasure of speaking to! Everytime I ring WDTC they are just wonderful, couldn't do more for you but no not this girl. Her phone manner was awful. The whole phonecall was a battle to amend a booking she said I couldn't amend and it was just going round in circles because I couldn't confirm the card details I used to pay the booking on because it's not a card I have any more! If my card is gone, replaced with a new card with a different number and the old card is cut up there's not much I can do grrr! Ended up phoning back and speaking to someone else who sorted it all out for me.
I don't often have any moaning to do about Disney full stop but that's really irritated me this morning!
