We used Tiffany Town Car in May. We had problems with the driver, and I E-mailed Tiffany with my concerns.
I recieved an answer almost immediately, and Deborah let me know she would be sending me a refund, as soon as I emailed her with my address. This was almost 2 months ago. I later read on these boards that others had the same problem with the same driver, and that her was know longer being used.
I was so impressed with TTC customer service when she answered me back so soon. I did not expect to get a full refund, when I emailed. I just wanted to let her know the problem. The money was not the issue.
Anyway, after 4 e-mails, and 2 phone calls, still no response. I am now less impressed with TTC. I feel they should make good on their promises. I had planned on using them again for our Oct. trip. Not so sure anymore.
