We used Tiffany Town Car in May. We had problems with the driver, and I E-mailed Tiffany with my concerns.

I recieved an answer almost immediately, and Deborah let me know she would be sending me a refund, as soon as I emailed her with my address. This was almost 2 months ago. I later read on these boards that others had the same problem with the same driver, and that her was know longer being used.

I was so impressed with TTC customer service when she answered me back so soon. I did not expect to get a full refund, when I emailed. I just wanted to let her know the problem. The money was not the issue.

Anyway, after 4 e-mails, and 2 phone calls, still no response. I am now less impressed with TTC. I feel they should make good on their promises. I had planned on using them again for our Oct. trip. Not so sure anymore.:( :( :(
 
Do you remember the driver's name? What exactly happen? Did they not pick you up? I've been told that you can request specific drivers.

The drivers name was David. He actually contracted with TTC, and used his own van

He was just rather rude. Cursed several times during the drive, and even used the N word a few times. I was upset, because of my kids being there. On the trip back to the airport, he was upset because they sent him to the wrong resort. He then ignored us, and did not even help with the bags.

He argued with the bellmen at CSR, parked in the walkways. It was rather embarrassing. He also parked in the handicapped spot at Publix. That is just something that I find wrong when I am able bodied and able to walk to the van. I asked him to move, and he refused.

I should have requested a different driver for the trip back. Time just flew, and I didn't get around to it.

I have read such great reviews of TTC, and the drivers. I just don't understand why they would promise a refund, and then never even answer my E-mails, or phone calls. I did not ask for a refund---THEY offered.
 
Really sorry to hear about your bad experience. We had one bad experience (driver put down wrong return time and so no one was there to take us back to the airport) and many good experiences. TTC was so good about apologizing and refunding our money that I decided to give them another chance. We've had nothing but good experiences since.

Did you by any chance charge your trip to a credit card? Our refund was credited to our credit card. Maybe that is what is happening with you. Hope so. I also heard that TTC had some trouble with their Web site and email, but since you said you talked to them via phone, I don't understand, either.
