I have lucked in to being in the Tampa area for a few days (brother having surgery). So I am thinking of heading over to Universal

Do you think they may be doing Transformers soft openings or tests, I will be there Friday June 7th and Sat 8th?

The water rides and pool at PBH are my main focus but I would love to slide into Transformers.

Also did I hear or read somewhere about an extra bonus going on for AP holders?

There is no way of knowing if Transformers will be in a soft opening mode while you're visiting. But...since it will open officially a couple of weeks later, I wouldn't be surprised if it was. They are supposed to announce exclusive ride times for passholders on 5/28 so I'm anxious to find out when they are.
