I mean, the kind you don't expect to make but they will stay with you forever.
We went to Magic Kingdom on Sunday. It was getting late, we were getting tired, and we were thinking about leaving. It was almost time for the night parade but we were by the carosel and didn't have time to get over to it. So we thought we'd cut through the castle, go down Main Street, and get out before the fireworks began and the rush to get out. (We were going on the Magical Fireworks Cruise the next night so we weren't going to miss out on the fireworks.)
Well, they blocked the castle just as we were headed for it. So we were stuck. We made feeble attempts at trying to get back around through Frontierland or Tomorrowland but each way we tried to reason out didn't work. We finally ended up going to Mickey's Philharmagic again (which you shouldn't miss BTW). Some of the kids wanted to ride Dumbo, so they did that. Then we all sat down right behind the castle to try to reason out how we were to get out again.
The fireworks started.
From behind the castle, they were amazing.
The kids (my daughter 12, nephew 9, niece 8, and niece 5) were entranced. My nephew 2 somehow slept through the whole thing.
It's a memory that I will never forget...
