This is one of those things that make you forget all about how much it costs...
For the first time we decided to book a meal for our kids at 1900 Park Fare. Usually we've done something like CRT, CP, or CM, but we heard good things about it.
We had a 4:30 ADR, which apparently is opening time. We checked in early, second in line, right behind a rather large group, waited for the picture, and then simply waited for opening.
On of the CMs, Julianna, who I believe was a manager, approached both of our DDs and started chatting with them, and then asked if they'd like to open the doors to begin dinner. So when it was time she took them, gathered everyone around and announced the opening of 1900 Park Fare with the "Princesses from the Kingdom of Massachusetts". Then everyone said "Bippity Boppity Boo", and my girls opened the doors, to see Cinderella and Prince Charming walking up and greeting them, and taking them by the hands to our table. We were then seated, right near the kitchen door, which I thought wouldn't be all that great, but the server said that it would be the "best seats in the house". That's because that is where each character would make their grand entrance, and after a brief walk to the middle of the room, would come back to our table first!
The food was also good, although the choices seemed limited compared to other buffets, and one of the chocolate ice cream dispensers obviously wasn't cold enough, but the experience was priceless...
