I watched the DVC Memories webcast last night, and though I realize it's a small matter in the overall scheme of the universe, I gotta say it was amateurish at best. The script was hackneyed, the segues were strained, the information wasn't terribly informative, and the hosts were plastic-y (and the young blonde woman seemed to have partied hard the night before). To be fair, I have no plans to do an add-on anytime soon, but this effort certainly didn't make me want to do so, either. The entire 30+ minutes lacked pizzazz or style or anyone who could have made it an enjoyable Disney infomercial. Even the Top 5 videos they ran carried little emotional heft (the one on TV with the pizza box is way better but didn't make this list?). In the end, I felt the producers, directors, and actors had little pride of ownership in the final product. Anyone else have thoughts on the matter?
