There is a great offer right now through UT to buy 2 days, get one free. I'm wondering if I purchase tickets from them now, can I buy the Express Pass at a later date? We'll be going for Spring Break 2017 and I imagine I'll want the Express Pass at that busy time. thanks!

Ep can be at low price when it first lists on the purchase site
