I'm looking to purchase 6 day park hopper tickets from undercover tourist to save a little money. Using the Mousesavers link, it looks like I only save $56 on the tickets compared to buying them direct. This is on 2 adult and 2 child tickets. Does this seem right? I've bought from them before and thought it was a bigger savings. I'm thinking for that amount I might just buy direct and not have to worry about getting them in time to make FP selections at 60 days.

The deal is much better for 5 days because they are only charging you the discounted 4 day pass, and there's a bigger Mouse Savers discount. Savings per ticket for a 5 day park hopper over Disney direct is $29.46.

You are better off buying the 5 day and adding one day at Disney. We did that for a 7 day visit, bought the 5 from UT, added 2 at Disney.

I just got around to testing my mouse saver link for the first time. I was disappointed that it was only $1 off a $420 dollar ticket. They hyped their big discounts, but I think they just want the revenue from clicks on their link. What a bummer.

Yup. I waited 17 days to get their newsletter on the 15th and was quite annoyed to find the discount was only $1 a ticket. Some my say that's still a discount but I wouldn't consider it one.

I believe you can just add days to your ticket and only pay the price difference between the two. So say its 30 dollars difference between a 5 and a 7, you would pay just the 30 dollars for the 2 extra days. (Don't know the actual pricing and I'm too lazy to look)

Mousesavers doesn't say it's a big discount, just that it's an extra discount, although it did used to be more in the range of $4-$7 for most tickets.

Dan Murphy isn't saying to buy a 5 day ticket now and then a 2 day ticket when you get down there - he's saying to buy a 5 day ticket now and add 2 days to it when you get there. You would then only pay the difference in price between a 5 day ticket and 7 day ticket (which is $21.30), and you would get the slightly higher savings from buying the 5 day tickets from UT versus 7 day tickets.

Thanks for the suggestion to buy a 5 day and add a day there. I had actually thought about doing that since I'm not positive we will have time to go on the 6th day. Last year when I bought, it was the 4 day with 5th free, so that is probably why there was more savings. I didn't realize the savings was less for a 6 day ticket.

I noticed the 5 day ticket with UT being a great savings and thought about buying it and then adding my 6th day at wdw. But then I felt too stressed about what fp+ availability I would have, so I just bought the 6 day. Not as much savings, but I got all the fp+ I wanted at the times I wanted!
