Undercover tourist ?

Very pleased with Undercover Tourist.

We ordered SeaWorld/Busch Gardens combo tickets about two weeks in advance and they arrived in about 5 days.

Then, while we were actually in Orlando, we ordered Disney tickets early one morning and they were available for pickup at the UPS store near Universal by the next afternoon.

I don't know if it's because we ordered rush Disney tickets instead of in advance, but they were RFID tickets, not the plastic coated paper kind.

I ordered my last night and I had a shipping confirmation today, they will be here on Wednesday. Use them every time we go now

1. Yes, legit. Actually they are a licensed reseller.
2. Mailing is quick, usually within 10-14 days max.

We have used them several times. Don't even think twice. They have excellent customer service. When they send out the tickets, record the numbers somewhere safe in case you lose them.

There's always one person who posts a really long response to a simple question. I'm going to be that person because I absolutely, positively, LOVE UT!!! :cheer2:

In May of 2009, halfway through a really anticipated day in the MK, I realized my park ticket was gone. We retraced our steps all over the park and every place we'd stopped, all to no avail. We visited Guest Relations where we met Brick from Vincennes, Indiana. He requested proof of purchase for my ticket, which I had purchased through Undercover Tourist. Since I had thrown away the receipt after the ticket had arrived in the mail, I didn't have proof of purchase. Of course, this was also the one time I HADN'T copied the backs of our tickets. Since I didn't have that proof, Brick said he couldn't replace it (but was genuinely apologetic about it). Of course, I started crying because the day was turning sour, and I was thinking of the three remaining days on my ticket (and on our vacation). Brick went above-and-beyond by giving me a complimentary two-day park hopper instead of just the one-day comp ticket to use that day in the park. While that wouldn’t have gotten me into a park on our last day at Disney World, it guaranteed me to get in for one day more than I otherwise would have.

In the meantime, my sister contacted Undercover Tourist. Much to our delight UT DID have a copy of my purchase - from a month prior! Not only that, but they faxed a copy of the back of the ticket to Brick right then, at no charge to me or anyone else. Brick praised Undercover Tourist’s thorough record-keeping multiple times; he told us that few companies keep those type of records. The fax UT sent Brick was exactly what was needed, and he issued me a new ticket then and there.

Brick was helpful, kind, and thorough - the picture of a great Disney CM. However, none of his help would have mattered if Undercover Tourist did not keep such thorough records. The employee sent the fax less than 10 minutes after the phone call, so we only lost about an hour of park time! Undercover Tourist earned permanent clients in my family (when we don’t purchase annual passes). I sent feedback to Disney and Undercover Tourist about this issue, praising Brick and the Undercover Tourist employee. When I find a company that goes above and beyond, I tell everyone!

I know you already bought your ticket, OP, but for anyone else, here's the bottom line: buy from UT and rest easy!!!

First let me say I have ordered my tickets thru UT for years. Now my understanding is that with the spring special you could have ordered your tickets with room and gotten the tickets at a discounted price. Does anyone know was this a better deal than going thru UT and can you add them to your room key with the RFID? Call me lazy but we always just had our tickets and then our keys, I never added them to our room key. Also for those who got the tickets with the rooms, did they send you the tickets or were they given to you at check-in? We will be going in August and I am hoping for the rumored summer discount that was offered this spring and want to be ready for the ticket option.

If you book a package, they don't send you the tickets; they're on the room key you get when you check in.

Just got my tickets today :cool1: Got the 5 day ticket probably going to price bridge to 6 days (after first use of course).

Second time using them tickets arrived quickly good emails no problems.

I need a 7 day ticket, but right now their 5 day tickets are $25 off and only $6 off on the 7 days, so I'm thinking it probably makes the most sense to get the 5 day and have them price-bridged to 7 day after first use.

To the OP, I have used UT before -- they're completely legit.

So, what do you think that addtl day will come to? Just curious. We might want to do that for my dd if we do decide to head to a park for our last 3 hrs!

It should be $10 plus tax, which is the difference between a 5 day ticket and a 6 day ticket.

I've used Florida Ticket Station. Their current $25 discount code is AE25-11

They will save you about $180 on an 8 day PH/WP+ ticket. I bought my tickets from them a few months ago and had the tickets within 5 days. They came DHL airmail for a minimal fee. You can also pick them up at multiple locations in Orlando. Their 8 day tickets are the same as 7 days and only a few more $s than a 6 day.

I could have saved $14 with the above link compared to the tickets I got at UT last month (three 8-day Park Hoppers), not counting the discount code if it works on these. Pretty comparable all things considered but I was happy with UT and definitely cheaper than getting the tickets directly from WDW. :thumbsup2

Yes it ends up being cheaper than buying a 6 day ticket doing it that way. Also don't forget to sign up for mouse savers news letter saved even more using the special link that came out the 15th.

You should save about at least $20 vs buying a 7 day ticket from UT and even more than buying from Disney Directly. You have to price bridge though.

Have used UT for years and have enough tickets for our vacations through 2020. One note for those comparing prices, UT prices includes the sale tax, direct Disney prices add the tax at the end of your purchase.

The new website actually shows the breakdown (including tax) as well now. Makes it even easier to see how much you save. :)

That's what I thought. Looks like that is more than worth if for those extra hours in the park on departure day.
