Undercover Tourist

I am a member of Mousesavers, they use to use Ticketmania for discounted tickets. Has anyone purchased with the new company Undercover Tourist?? Where you pleased with service? Did they mail tickets in a timely fashion?

Any help would be great!

I used them last year and had no problems. Received tickets promptly.

found out about the last price increase the evening prior believe it was a Saturday but, was able to purchase @ old price.

used standard shipping, got them (in PA) Wednesday the next week.

they come in a sealed plastic bag, wherein you verify that the tix are the ones you ordered...if not, they do take returns.

for some reason that method made me feel better about it

I used them and picked the tickets up in Orlando. ( I ordered last minute) it was very easy and UT was great!

I had used Ticketmania before and this year tried Undercover Tourist (needed 8 day park hoppers). They were great to work with and I got my tickets by mail promptly after ordering!

Ditto what everyone has said! I shopped around and for our ticket needs Undercover Tourist had the best prices. I ordered before the end of December just in case there was a price increase in 2007. Got them quickly. They are sitting here in their plastic bag waiting for me to take them out and photocopy them for our March trip.

I ordered my tickets on Dec. 31st and they arrived today. Very impressed with the speed of shipping, especially to Canada. I was expecting it would take close to the 14 business days but I was pleasantly suprised. Now I don't have any worries of them not arriving on time for our trip. We're leaving on the 29th.
