Undercover tourist tickets - already linked?

I ordered tickets from Undercover Tourist and received them today. Didn't have any issues the first time I ordered from them, but is time when I went to link them, the second ticket said it had already been linked to another account. I emailed UCT, but their customer service doesn't open until tomorrow morning. Anyone else have this issue? How was it resolved? I know it's my fault for ordering them so late, but we're only a week out from making our FP+ plans. Anyone have advice?
 
Double-check that you supplied the correct numbers.
 

I don't know how undercover tourist will resolve this but I had similar problem with tickets issued by Disney at Disney world. We brought them home stuck them in the safe for 6 months and when we tried to link them it (the system) said they were linked to another account. It took me a total of 10 hours on the phone with Disney over the course of two weeks to get it resolved favorably.

:scared1: This is a scary thought since I have many unused tickets in my safe at home from UT that have not been used yet.
