I have both Undercover Tourist and Lines iPhone apps. Recently, UT app stopped working (any time I click on a park on the home screen, it exits the app). Anyone else have this problem?

On the Lines app, (or maybe another app that has worked for some of you) is there a place that integrates WDW maps? I like that map feature of UT, but since I can't make it work, I'm looking for other suggestions.

Looking for a quick suggestion, as I leave in two days.

Thanks!

Delete the App and reinstall in itunes. You won't be charged again. It will ask you if you want to purchase. Click yes. Then it will say already purchased.

It sounds like it was corrupted.

Leaving for the world on the 25th, have fun!!!!

Another rule of thumb for apps that are not working right is to do a restart of your iphone (works on itouch too). Hold the power button for 10 seconds and then swipe the slider to turn it off (can take a few seconds). Then turn it back on (may have to hold the power switch for half a second) and wait for it to restart (it will). That often gets apps working again. It clears out the iphone's working memory (and any bad bytes causing the app to malfunction) but doesn't erase any data or programs. Quiet safe to do and once it restarts just start using your iphone like always,

Fixes almost all of the problems with apps I've ever had. Takes about 40 seconds total. Try it before deletion of the app which does erase data.

Yep, that worked. I'm back in business. Thank you!

Hi There,

Apologies :upsidedow

We fixed several wait time bugs and enhanced many features. Unfortunately, this causes our app to crash upon updating to the new version (free or paid)!

To fix this, simply delete the app (free or paid) from your device and re-download from the App/iTunes store.

If you have already bought the paid version, you will not have to pay for this new download. It looks like you will, but once the download begins it states that it is free.

Thank you

I deleted the app and reinstalled it. It now works great! I love the new feature to include your dining reservation numbers.

:cool1:

We scrambled to fix our iPhone app 'update issue' and Apple graciously released the fix today!

So the app should not crash once updated anymore!

Apologies for the error, we broke it and then fixed it quickly.

Thank you

Not at this time.

I save PDF's of touring plans to my phone and they have the maps attached, I rarely use them but they are there. You might want to explore that optoin if a map is a must have.

We have maps on both iPhone & Android (free & paid) with color coded wait times and the actual wait times displayed on the maps too.

Our iPhone app (free & paid) offers the Dining Reservations slot and schedule feature. We are looking to bring Android up to the level of the iPhone but we do not have an exact schedule yet.

Thank you

Don't see maps. Android version here. Paid. I did uninstall and reinstall also.

I also have the android version. You can get to the maps a few different ways. Click on an attraction and you will see a sort or compass circle tab under the photo of the attraction. Click that and it will bring you to the map. You can also hit the menu button once you have clicked on any of the parks and it will give you the option of displaying map view. I'm not familiar with any paid android version of the UT app at this time. Are you sure you are referring to the UT app made by Phunware?

I take that back...I literally just got the update of 1.30 and see that there is now a "buy" and "log in" button, but i do still have maps on the phone.

Not sure the update works.

Deleted and reinstalled the app. Worked great until it updated again this morning. Crashes when I try to open it. I guess I'll try deleting and reinstalling again.

Yes delete & uninstall does work for those apps that are crashing.

Our new update has resolved may issues so less people will see a crash after updating, however for those apps that still crash the solution is still:

Delete + Reinstall = working.

We apologize for this and we are working with Apple to resolve this issue. We added some new features to both free & paid but a bug or two causes the app upgrade crash.

Thank you for your patience! :surfweb:

At the World now and have to say that I LOVE this app!! We have relied on it so many times for park forecast, wait times and restaurant info. Did have the crashing issue but figured out how to resolve it quickly. Thanks!!

Is there a way to input Bibbibid Bobbidi Boutiqe reservations in the IPhone app (paid version)? I looked but couldn't find anything and don't know if I'm just missing it or what. Thanks!

Silly question, what the difference between the free & the paid version. I will be going in early Fed and was curiouis??:confused3:surfweb:

I was wondering the same thing like above about the bippity boppity boutique reservations. I have a few reservations for things like the Never Land Club etc.
Is there a way to add custom items like these to the itinerary.

thanks Love this app..

Is this program Blackberry user friendly? The Touring Plans one isn't and that's very frustrating............ its not an application its a browser page on BB.

UT doesn't have an app for BB's only iPhones and droids. Someone said they are working on one.
