Undercover Tourist for WDW Tickets

Interested in hearing experiences with Undercover Tourist for tickets. We don't go often enough for the DVC annual pass, so we buy 10 day no expiration hoppers. Anyone have problems or issues with UT?

We've used them a couple of times now. Never had a problem and their prices are very good. I trust them and would not hesitate to use them again.

We used them is October of last year and they were great. Saved us about $60 on 2 adult/1kid 7 day park hopper. We will definitely use them again this year.

We have used them several times for our trips. We now have AP's, but if I helping someone plan a trip, I always recommend UT. I have never had an issue and have found them to be a reputible company, with good customer service.

I recommend them to people. In 2009 we got 2 7-day park hoppers that expired and everything went very well. I bought a 10 day hopper, no expiration in December and again in February and they each came in 3-4 days. We get to use them soon!

We've used them multiple times and have always had our expectations exceeded in terms of how quickly our tickets have arrived. I actually placed an order late Tuesday night and my tickets were in my mailbox Saturday morning. I don't know how soon you need to place an order but there is a newsletter that you can subscribe to that sends you links on the 15th of each month, you save a little more per ticket by using the link. I'm sending you the name of the website by PM, as to not break any disrules.

We used them for the same reason as you. We generally go to the parke 2 days over a 4 or 5 night stay, so they've lasted a couple of years. Very easy to deal with and will use them again next time we're in need.

We, too, have used Undercover Tourist and give them an unqualified positive recommendation.

Having said that, I'll throw out one "caution" that could trip up a buyer: the tickets come in plastic sleeves that, once opened, make the tickets unreturnable. It so states all over the packaging. But the first time I got tickets, I quickly (and excitedly) opened up the sleeves well before reading any of the packaging. As it turns out, I had no intention of returning them, so no harm/no foul. But since then I've been more careful and kept them w/packaging intact, "just in case."

Not an Undercover Tourist problem, just something excited buyers (like me) might need to know "just in case."

I used them, always kept in plastic. Thank goodness because I had to return the last set. They have a 5% fee on returns. Very easy transaction and would recommend them to anyone.
