Are the 10 day no expire hopper + Water park tickets the paper ones? Or are they plastic?

I don't really mind paper tickets when we use them for a week and then throw them away, but I'm just wondering how I'm going to keep these tickets in good shape for a few years of use if they are paper? (It might take us 10 years to use all the water park visits! )

Our came with a little mini envelope to keep them in. It's slightly thicker cardboard and sturdier than the tickets. I've had ours for years, some since before 2006.
Only issue I ever had was once we visited TL. I didn't feel like changing completely, lines were long in changing rooms, so I put denim shorts on over damp bathing suit, forgetting tix in back pocket. They did get a little damp but still worked fine. Now I'm more careful with them.

We have used them twice. Both times we've had *FANTASTIC* service.

1) We had bought 15 tickets and one of our party members had to drop out of the trip for health reasons. We asked them if there was any way to get a credit. They just told us to send any unused tickets back, no questions asked and they creidted our credit card. We received the tickets in a few days. 2) We ordered 20 tickets! They called us personally to tell us that because we had placed such a large order ( they were all 10 day fastpass/all options ) , they were upgrading our shipping to FedEX and we received our tickets in a couple of days!

Above all, especially when ordering so many tickets, we've saved literally a couple of hundred dollars per order using them instead of gate prices.

We love them and will be using them for future trips.

Had a TERRIFIC experience with them just this month. Bought tickets for two separate groups of people (my family, and the ILs) and then decided to go through Disney's YES program instead since the kids were really interested in doing a class. We were able to return our UT tickets with absolutely no hassle. The refund was fast, too. If we weren't going through YES, we'd still be extremely satisfied UT customers.

I bought with them and then booked a package with Disney, so returned my tickets....They were very professional, and only charged fees stated on their website. (Had I known we would start going annually I would have kept the tickets!)
