Undercover tourist as dvc member

Hello. I’m brand new dvc member and I’m booking first trip on points. Normally all tickets I buy in package thru Disney. Is it easy and safe to buy from undercover tourist? Do they give you tickets or a code to upload on MDE? Just curious how it works
