Undercover Tourist and Slow Shipping???

Has anyone else felt it took a long time to receive their tickets from Undercover Tourist? The first ticket we purchased came exactly a week later. The tickets we've bought since then have taken two weeks or longer. It just makes me nervous because there is no way to track it on the buyers end when you opt for regular shipping.

The wait is excruciating.

Just bought tickets on Saturday, this is not good news. I even opted to put a date in for ship by. I'll probably be waiting awhile. This makes me think some type of float is going on.

I ordered also the first of the month and just last night sent a email because I was afraid something happened. They replied promply they would sent out this week. So they were not even in the mail yet.

We ordered ours in January and got them within the 14 day time frame they quote. It was our third time ordering from them. If I remember correctly I got a notice that they were shipping and I was able to track the shipping with it. I just got the regular free shipping. Hope it works out for all of you!

I ordered Universal tickets b4 the price increase the first week of March, still have not received-I was figuring they ship those who need sooner first? Seems how we have 8 months, no hurry, but still I figured they'd be here in a reasonable timeframe... I figure I'll give it a couple more weeks and email. Don't like money spent just floating out there.

they are great...just email them with your question, they promptly respond with your info! remember 10 full business days = more than 2 weeks technically.....

I ordered ours on March 4 and no tix yet. When I ordered it said 15 bus. days and that they would arrive by March 26. But now the website says 10 bus. days? I need them by next Saturday. I just sent an email to them

In one place on the website it says 5-10 days, but if you scroll down and look around, it says 15 business days, which is three weeks. I ordered on Feb. 24th. UT sent an email with a tracking number on March 11, which said the tickets would be delivered on March 15. We had a nasty snowstorm on the 13th which slowed down deliveries. I got my tickets on either Monday or Tuesday of this week (can't remember which), March 17th or 18th.

Don't worry; if you buy it, they will come!

If you select something other than regular shipping, there seems to be a difference not only in how fast the shipping method is, but how soon they ship them. My best friend and I both ordered tickets recently. I selected priority shipping, and my tickets shipped right away and I had them within a few days of ordering. My bf selected regular shipping, and it was a couple of weeks before she finally got an email saying they had shipped (that was yesterday).

Just got a reply back and they said my tickets are supposed to ship Monday or Tuesday and would I like to upgrade to Priority for $5.95. I just hope they come in time. They are shipping orders from March 2 today.

It could be that they are overwhelmed with orders since they still had tickets at the old price and now that Spring break is upon us folks are racing to still get the old ticket prices.
