Undercover Tourist and Infant/Toddler Questions!

Hey All!

A few questions as I'm planning for our family trip in January 2017.

I'm looking at booking via Undercover Tourist and doing the Magic Your Way tickets without the park hopper. However, my husband and I are going to the parks one day alone and may want to park hop. If we book through UT can we still change one day's ticket to a PH while at Disney?

Also, we will be traveling with a 2 year old and a 10 month old. My understanding is that I do not need to order any special tickets for them due to free admission. For Fastpasses, since they will not have a magic band, we cannot schedule FP for them to ride? But if for example, we want our toddler to ride a ride that has a FP line, do we just take her through the FP line and go on the ride with her even though none of us have a FP? Or do we have to get in the standard line like normal? I hope I'm making sense!

Thanks for all the Disney wisdom, guys!

Nicole

You can upgrade tickets to parkhoppers at any time. It's one price you'll pay to upgrade whether it's for one day or multiple days. You may want to purchase it as soon as you decide you will be hopping.

Adults needs FPs to enter FP lines for attractions and the too-young children ride with the adults. If no one has FPs, all members of the party enter via the Standby line.

Thank you!!! So it doesn't matter if we bought our tickets from Undercover Tourist or Disney directly if we want to upgrade one day to a PH, we can? Would we just go to the ticketing center at the park and pay the upgrade fee? I only want to pay for one day for a park hopper, not all the days. :)

The one price, $60+, is good for the length of your ticket ~ there isn't a single day price.

You can upgrade at any ticket window or Guest Relations.

Ahh, good to know!! Is it a flat rate of $60 or does it vary based on how many park days you have left?

It's based on the number of days on the ticket (including any already used). It's $55 plus tax for a 2 or 3 day ticket, $69 plus tax for 4 or more days.

No
As stated. It is the same price no matter when you do it and no matter how many days you do it for.
You could do it just for the last day and it would still be $60, even though you have no additional days left on your ticket. It makes sense to do it in advance and have it available for all days, as you are paying for that. But it is up to you.
