Can someone who has experience with the "under the sea" package at the Bibity Bobity Boutique tell me if the result is really swim-worthy?
My granddaughter is infatuated with mermaids in general and with Ariel in particular. I was thinking about visiting the BBB on the morning before we visit Castaway Cay so she could play in the ocean and around the island like she was a "real" mermaid. I mentioned this on another thread asking about the theming of Scuttle's Cove and someone mentioned that a day at CC might ruin the effect.
I don't expect the face gem to stay on in the water and I don't expect her hair to stay dry and perfectly coifed, but the fact that it includes a swim suit and that the nail polish and hair clip change color in the sun suggests that it is intended to be taken out for a swim.
Am I mistaken?
