Under-rated Rides/attractions

What would you consider the most UNDER-rated ride in WDW ?

I know this could be a tough question as so many rides are enjoyed by so many people.. but curious to see the answers

Mine would be Living with the Land. One of my favorite rides that flies under the radar. I like the message, and the greenhouses are very cool

I love Living with the Land too - one of my favorites. I'd also add Conservation Station at AK - they have some great attractions including the petting farm.
