Finally it is under 6 months until we go to disney!:cool1: :yay: It seems so much longer when my Dad use to say "it is still over 1/2 a year until we go"

Is anyone else going in October? Where are you staying? We are staying at Saratoga Springs.

Because we are on the Disney dining plan, today my Dad booked up our dinner reservations. My Dad is always so organised. Are your parents like this? My Mom tells my Dad that we will plan it when we get there or on the plane.(because we are from England we have a 9 and 1/2 hour plane journey) I don't really care what we do, as long as I don't get bored. I am not allowed to go anywhere on my own because I am an only child. Does this happen to anyone else?:tigger: :dumbo: :donald: :goofy:

I might be going in October but not sure yet.
If we do we will probably be staying offsite.

Haha No.My mom doesn't plan these thing's.I do.:cool1:

I can't wait to start planning for my May Trip.=]]

Your dad is right, if you don't make dinner reservations now, you'll never get into the restaruants. You have to plan if you want to go to WDW.

And I agree, children shouldn't be running around that park by themselves.

Just found out that I'm going for 4 days in August.

I rock, it's true.

I don't think I would want to go around the parks on my own anyway. But my parents have said that next one of my friends can come.(that will be fun)

we book 180+10 days in advance.

I think my mom has the numbers memorized.

oh, and i'm going in sept and dec.

arghh. i don't know when i'm going back.

this stinkssssss.

and my mom, for sb this year, booked last march. it was crazy.

Nope. No Disney trips for me this year :sad1:

Always next year though. And my College might be taking us to New York either the end of this year or the start of next year. It's the furthest the college has taken students, as im from Wales, America is the furthest the College has ever agreed to take students. :goodvibes A couple of months ago the College took us to Rome. But I would love to go to Disney again this year

My mum is VERY organised. Everything is always booked and paid for at least 5/6 months in advance ;) I wouldnt have a clue where to start. Thank god I have her ;)

It's just me and my mum that go. Me and my mum are the only ones in my house, so we tend to go to Disney and ive been going since I was 10 :) and we havent stopped yet ;)

As for wandering around the parks on your own. I wouldnt recommend it. Im 16, nearly 17 and I wouldnt want to walk around on my own. With a friend maybe. Last year my friend was going to Florida the same time as us by coincidence and we met up and she was staying in the Hard Rock Hotel in Universal, and we went round Universal and Islands Of Adventure on our own and that was great. Then the next day she came over to Disney and we both hit MGM and Animal Kingdom in one day on our own. Its nice having the responsibility of catching the buses and looking after your tickets and just having plain fun, but you have to be careful.

Have fun on your holiday... we all know you will ;)
