Went to DS. Before Frances we were going to go here on 9/4, then go to MK that evening for night parade and Wishes. Even though it was EE dday we arrived at a little after 9AM. DW walked on RnR with no wait. This is one her favorite rides. Afterwards we slowly made our way to Playhouse Disney for the 10AM show. DS eyes really perked up when Pooh & friends were on stage. After a quick potty break it was time for a VOTLM show to start. Never had seen this before. Well done. Walked down Mickey Avenue, met JoJo & Goliath and then popped in on Mickey (no wait). Next headed to HISTK playground and DS played on the roll of film slide for probably 30+ minutes before he started to show signs of tiring (and heat exhaustion). Went looking for Pizza Planet to find Woody, etc. Found them and got in line behind 1 person just as a Muppet 3D movie let out (good timing). By now it was lunchtime, love Prime-Time & Sci-Fi but did not want spend a lot for lunch since we had PS for Boma for dinner. We ended up ABC Commissary. Window-shopped a little then was at the bus stop before 2PM. Back at the room, DS napped just until the time we had to leave for AKL. Toured AKL, spotted giraffes and other animals in the area to the left of the pool. Had PS for 5PM, done before 7PM, so we decided to head to DtD. Did the bulk of our shopping that night. Scrapbooking supplies and the new Disney cookbook at the store near RFC, Eeyore and cat presents at Pooh's shop, Mr Potato accessories at Once Upon A Toy and t-shirts and miscellaneous at WoD.

Our MK day. Arrived just after 9AM and headed to barbershop for DS. We were trying to get his 2nd haircut. He didn't fight his first, but has fought every attempt for his 2nd. Even after watching a little boy and a girl get it done before him and all the stickers and toys he could imagine he still fought it. So hard that we said forget it. DW says the next plan is to do it when he is so tired he is out of it or even in his sleep. Window-shopped a little until he calmed down then went to see Pinocchio and Gepetto in Town Square. Walked around a little (DS showing signs of napping already) and was disappointed to see both the Jungle Cruise and Liberty Square Riverboat closed. The refurbishment schedule I saw before we left had the JC back open, the storms must have got them behind. We sat on the empty porch of LTT while DS napped. Jessie, Bullseye & Woody spent most of their time in the walkway outside the old Diamond Horseshoe Saloon trying to drum up customers. Once DS woke up we visited Woody's Round-Up Gang and went over to Crystal Palace for an 11:30 PS. After lunch rode Peter Pan's Flight, Pooh and a couple of spins on Cinderella's Carrousel. Watched the Sword in the Stone ceremony and then headed to Toontown. Met Mickey behind his house and Minnie, Chip, Dale, Cinderella, Suzy & Perla in the judges tent. DS played in the playground until a train pulled into the station and he wanted to ride that. We did a complete circuit then got off back at Toontown and headed to Tommorowland. Rode TTA, ride stopped while inside SM. They had the lights on inside the mountain for about 10 minutes. Lights went back off and sat there another 20 minutes or so. DS fell asleep. Finally CM led us out of the car on the walkway to a stairway that came down just where the walkway starts to Toontown. First CM was nice, another one was almost yelling "Don't step on the plastic covers-you will fall through. Step on the motors." He was speaking to us all as if it were our fault the thing stopped. Wanted to do COP next. Nope. They were having problems too. So we walked on Buzz instead-no wait. We realized we forgot CBJ, so we headed to Frontierland. On the way there we stopped to see Goofy at the Kodak picture spot on the bridge to Tommorowland. Caught CBJ show then went shopping on Main Street before any parade traffic started building. DS enjoyed the cutouts in the back of Town Square Exposition Hall. Had dinner at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor. It hit the spot. Went back to COP. This time it was operating although we did see the last scene 1 1/2 times. Once the final scene ended and the song started we started to move only to jerk to a stop about 2 feet later. The scene started again on cue as if a new audience was sitting there. About 2 minutes later we moved to exit position and did so while we could. Headed to near Sleepy Hollow for parade and to get a silohette(spelling?) done of DS. The parade route was packed. Although in our 8 days there this was the only night for parade and Wishes (Frances and Night of Joy). After the parade we walked the long way around the castle to get to the Tommorowland bridge for Wishes. Not nearly as crowded as we were for the parade. No Tink, but was really impressed by the fireworks that came out like shapes. Didn't have any problems leaving with the crowd, but we did arrive at the PC bus stop at 9:55 and did not get on a bus until after 10:30.

I was really impresed with Wishes, glad you were able to see both.

Thanks for posting!
