I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but it is quite frustrating and disheartening and "un"magical!
We booked a 7-day Disney cruise for March '07 about a month ago, with insurance. Now, DH found out he has extra time off from work so we've added 3 nights at CBR prior to the cruise - the frustrating part is this...
in order to book the dining option and tickets, we had to make the reservation through Disney Travel, a separate company from DCL, which means we got dinged for ANOTHER 120 bucks for the insurance. My TA said she called Disney and they were not at all helpful - I mean come on! I've now spent ALOT of money with them - and they couldn't bite the 120, or even do a free upgrade to preferred???
Just had to vent - I'm quite irritated with this at the moment - any one had similar situations or suggestions?
