Unconditional Fastpass?

Hi I thought I was educated quite well on Fastpass but upon reading another site, I encountered the words "unconditional fastpass?" What is this? TIA

Not heard of something called this. There are Guest Recovery Passes, issued to guests who get stuck in a ride or other special circumstances. They are typically good for any ride for some number of days.

That means a couple things. Wish kids often get them, so do celebrities. During YoaMD they were given out and if you pay an ungodly amount of money to Disney and hire a private tour guide he/she will often act as an unlimited fastpass.

Or this. We got 4 of them last December as a bit of pixie dust from a cm at guest relations when we went to ask a question. They were good for any ride (at DHS where we were given them), at any time, for one use from x date to y date. We used both sets for TSM.

These types of "unlimited" Fastpasses are sometimes given out to members of the media as well. I was fortunate enough to tour the Magic Kingdom a few months ago with someone who had one. It was a fantastic experience.
