I have to, that free dining adds up!!!

The real reason: I'm bored. DW can sleep in until 9 or 10, 1 hour to do hair and makeup, I'm up around 6.

I'll walk to the main building, get my coffee, go through the gift shop for the 20th time.....walk around some more, find a paper, sit on a bench.....then go for a run.......

Meanwhile we are missing everything at the parks....everybody else in the world is up and at the entrance gates to the parks.....except us.....We are missing it all!!! Thats how I feel anyway!!!!

I think they should open parks at 5:00AM so I could get 5-6 hours in the park then go back to the room and get everyone else!!!! Our last trip, the boys would sleep until 11:00.....drove me nuts!!

Sorry, I'm ADD....Attention Disney Disorder!!!

I am with your wife and kids


I don't do mornings either, neither does DS

Did that last year and it ruined almost entire day and we had a few meltdowns, me included


SO, we are normally up and at the bus stops by about 10am

That works for us

We are night owls, so we would rather close the park down

This is what I made for the 4th of July!! My SIL (not LOVE) said she wanted a fruit basket and candy kebobs!! It was a joke, we were sitting around at her house a few days ago and she was looking through a magazine and saw the candy kebob idea. We were all talking and the watremelon basket thing came up......Needless to say UJ had to try it!!!!! The tops of the kebobs are sharks and butterflies!!! (LOVE, sorry you missed it!! The boys would have loved them!!)

Here are some balloon photos from my house....Every year in Battle Creek they have a balloon festival over the 4th at the airport. It is pretty cool....we average about 75 hot air balloons, the Thunderbirds do an air show (totally awesome), carnival is here, fireworks etc.

This is Sugar Bear (Post foods). The most famous balloon in Battle Creek is Tony the Tiger.....I havent seen him yet.

Love the updates UJ! Getting to Disney a whole bunch earlier sounds great! Love the pics of the 4th and the balloons! Sleeping in at Disney is not an option with my group, though. Must stay ahead of the crazy crowds!

However, I blew it.....I screwed around on buying tickets and now they are gone!! I dont know what I was thinking........In fact, last night we had the option of flying down a day earlier (friday night instead of saturday afternoon) for around $125.....DW said "Would you just buy the *$&*@ tickets"...I waited until this morning.....tried to buy......they were gone also!!! As of now we are stuck with our orig. flight at noon Sat., arrive at MCO at 3:00pm.....Which is all right.........

We dont have our last ADR.......Whispering Canyon sounds good.....

I dont know what my problem is with this trip... .I'm balking too much on plans........and I know with Disney "you snooze, you lose"!!!
I'm checking the airlinse every 4-5 hours now trying to get something!!!!

Come on Sharky, been there done that!!! You should have seen it when the waitress brought straws to the table.....She threw about 50 straws in the air....they went all over...... At the table next to us sat 6 adults and 1 small child (about 2 years). The kid saw the waitress throw the straws so she threw all her crayons in the air.......they hit my wife!!! It was hillarious, the mother came right over and was all upset, apologizing all over the place.....we just laughed....told her thats what her daughter thought she was supposed to do!!!

This was at Whispering Canyon.....see how the boys took advantage of the straws!!!

Hi Michele!!! Glad you enjoyed the video of my new puppy! It took me a week to figure out how to post it! Sadly, I am not kidding.

Yep, watched it....so did your sis!! Now thats a lawn I can handle mowing!!

Tomato agrees... takes him like 20 minutes and 5 of that is getting the darn mower out from under the house!

We hope to have some better grass and such in the back yard soon. The front is much nicer... we actually have grass there.

He's a keeper...... although all of a sudden he feels he needs to chew on stuff. I caught him ripping apart the bed in his crate awhile ago.
