Unbelievable Indiana Bill

Deb in IA said:
If you read carefully, it is only a "consideration" at the present. Contrary to your title, it is NOT a bill . . . and I don't think it will ever get there.

Not only is it not a bill, there is not a THEY, just one representative. Nobody is taking this at all seriously, it won't go anywhere and she is simply being considered a bit nuts. You'll have to go apoplectic over something else.

I'm glad it's been dropped. I mean, there are a lot more important things they could be doing. And if they really can't think of any, I'd be glad to offer some suggestions.

I mean, really.

YES EVERYONE...THE SMELL OF AN ELECION YEAR!

Republicans don't have anything of value to offer except
a HUGE DEFICIT
a FAILING WAR started based on LIES
a FAILED "rescue -?-" attempt after Katrina when we have spent billions
on beefing up our National Security (???)
More Power for the government to restrict the rights of American Citizen via
the "patriot act"
More power to corporations to abolish overtime pay or workers defined
as "being in charge of other employees" even if only temporarily, like in
the case of hospital nurses
More tax breaks for the wealthy even in the face of huge government
spending.
Increasing LAYOFFS
Increasing POVERTY

But come on people, the republicans can still promise to make GAY PEOPLE MISERABLE! That must be worth something? RIGHT?

Best put the lens back in the right side of those glasses. If you just keep looking left you'll do nothing but go in circles.

Sometimes I wish one state would be able to make crap like this legal, all the religious extemists would be drawn there, and the rest could live happily ever after.

Actually, there is a group called the Christian Exodus that is trying to do just that in South Carolina. I would post a link, but their site isn't loading this morning.

Yeah, I had actually read all about those kooks. I wouldn't want anything like that to happen simply because there are far too many nice folks in South Carolina, and every other state for that matter. I think Antarctica is the best place for them but I suspect that when their time comes, they'll be going someplace considerably warmer.

And before anyone gets incensed, I'm only referring to these incredibly wacked out of their minds idiots, not all Christians!!

No need to spoil Antarctica! :p

Actually, that's true. Perhaps a space capsule? But not shot on anything in particular, just randomly? They can have a Space Ark.

Oh I'm aware of them. Looks like the GOP is as well, must keep those votes.
