Unbelievable at WL!

This is just a little story to share...

We stayed at the WL 2 1/2 years ago and went to the pool on our last evening there. While we were in the pool I guess the CM's cleaned up around the pool area and when we got out...they had taken our resort towels and my bathing suit cover-up (which was white). I was bumbed out because I had just bought it for this trip. Anyhow, I just figured it was gone and didn't make a big deal out of it...we had such a great week otherwise. When we checked out the next morning I mentioned it to the CM and she said they would forward my name, etc.

Much to my surprise, in about 2 weeks a package arrived at my home and it was the cover-up. Actually, the cover-up really didn't matter, I was just overtaken by the fact that they did that!!! I guess it had gone through housekeeping with all the pool towels and they found it. There is always magic in the world!!

What a GREAT story. The "magic" even continued after you got home. That is just fantastic......and I'm sure they didn't mean to take it in the first place.......just a CM with other things on his/her mind at the time!

When we were checking into WL, the CM noticing I had a small child, told me to make sure everything was labeled with our name because if they ever "found" anything, they'd be sure to mail it back to us!!

We left Vero Beach once and realized we had left laundry in the dryer. I called the resort. The CM actually went to the laundry room and mailed us our stuff by FedEX-a few bathing suits.

When we stayed at the Contemporary once, we forgot to pack up all of the "hanging-up stuff" and our shoes from the closet in our room. (DUMMY ME!) We didn't realize we had forgotten the stuff until lo and behold the UPS man delivered this HUGE box on our front porch. I mean this box was HUGE. It must have cost Disney a pretty penny to pay for the shipping. I wrote them a nice thank you note. I was so happy they didn't just send it to some lost and found bin. I'm sure other hotel would have. Disney is truly magical!!!
