Unable to View Annual Dues Statement - Any Workaround?

I have been trying for days and days to view/print my annual dues statement on the DVC website. I keep getting the annoying, Sorry the page is unavailable message. Has anyone figured out a work around? This is my first year, so I'm interested in seeing the statement. Also, when do they typically mail them. I have not received it in the mail either.

I just got my dues statement in the mail yesterday, so I suspect you will get it soon. If you don't get it within a week, I would call member accounting, particularly since you are new and you can't access it online. I can see mine but I have been a member for several years. I just pay mine in one payment since I have only 150 points and it is no big deal.
